The fifth full-length release by this legendary act from California. 'Historical Grafitti' was recorded in Buenos Aires during the band's 2015 tour. The result has the kind of brooding and thunderous atmosphere that constantly draws you inward. Haunting melodies are combined with instrumental cinematic rock landscapes, but it is difficult to pin YAWNING MAN into a specific genre. There are guest appearances by Argentinian tango musicians Sara Ryan on violin and Adolfo Trepiana on bandoneon accordion, as well as Malene Arce on the Mellotron.
